Andy Masters got the most from his Greek experience, earning Greek "Man of the Year" honors while serving as SGA President at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.  Andy’s flagship Greek program is based on his book "37 Keys to Greek Success: Leading Inside & Outside the Classroom." Andy's Greek2Great program encourages Greeks to leverage their Greek/Leadership experience into career success, and to prepare for "Life After College" now.  In addition to Greek2Great, Andy's most popular Greek programs include "Balancing Greek Life and Academics", and "Leadership Inside & Outside the Classroom".

Andy Masters is a member of the Association of Fraternity Advisors (AFA), and has presented at many, many Greek conferences across the country, including the Western Region Greek Leadership Conference (WRGLC), Midwestern Greek Council Association (MGCA), the Southeastern Panhellenic Association Conference (SEPC), and the American Leadership Academy (ALA) in Cabo, Mexico, hosted by Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.  Andy has presented hundreds of programs at colleges across the country, including for the University of South Carolina, Kansas State University, and UC-Santa Barbara.
