About Andy Masters - Professionally

Andy Masters presents interactive and entertaining programs on a variety of Sales/Service, Time Management/Work-Life Balance, and Educational success topics.  Andy is a proud member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), and is a favorite among professional meeting planners--as he has been booked by over a dozen MPI Chapters to present at their events across North America.

Andy Masters earned four degrees, including achieving "Distinguished Graduate" honors at Webster University while earning an M.A.-Human Resources Development, and an M.A.-Marketing.  His undergraduate degrees included a B.A.-Communications and a B.A.-Political Science at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Andy has written 4 books, including "KISS Your Customer:77 Reasons Why Sales & Service Are Just Like Dating & Relationships", to be released July, 2010. This book has already been called the "funniest book on sales ever written," which includes life-learning lessons for success in both business and life. The 2nd Edition of his first book for young professionals "Life After College: What to Expect and How to Succeed in Your Career,"  was re-released in 2008.  This nationally recognized book offers advice and resources in areas such as time management, networking, strategic career planning, and personal development. 

Andy has also earned numerous honors and awards, been published in numerous publications, been featured on TV programs including "Business Roundtable," and even taught Marketing Strategies courses at the MBA-level.  Andy gained extensive experience working for two high-profile performance improvement and marketing services firms, where his clients included Lexus, Honda, Nestle-Purina, and Anheuser Busch.  After his successful corporate career, Andy followed his passion for speaking, consulting, and entrepreneurship by creating Masters Performance Improvement (MPI), which helps people and organizations become better at what they do.  Andy now devotes his life to change lives and improve organizations, in only his unique and entertaining way.

About Andy Masters - Personally

Andy Masters currently lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after living 35 years near St. Louis, Missouri.  Andy loves the beach, sports, comedies, traveling, having fun and making people LAUGH!  Andy and his beautiful bride Laurie were recently married in 2009.  Laurie is a teacher in Broward County, Florida.
